360 CID Small Block engine

The 360 high-performance motor was introduced in 1974 to replace it's 340 predecessor. The 360 v8 had a 4.00" bore and 3.58" stroke, Carter Thermoquad 4-bbl carburetor, heavy duty bearings and a shot-peened cast iron crankshaft. The small block 360 cylinder heads had 1.88" intakes valves and 1.60" hardened exhaust valve seats to run on unleaded gas.
